Shipping
Shipping is free anywhere in the Philippines, even for a single bottle. There is no minimum order.
Cash on delivery. You pay nothing until the parcel is in your hands. You pay the full amount to the rider.
Our courier is J&T Express. Once your order has been sent, we will give you a tracking number.

Returns and refunds
If what arrives is the wrong item, incomplete, or damaged, message us straight away with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will sort it out.

How many days does a customer have to report damage or a wrong item? Replacement or refund? Who pays the return shipping? I will not write a promise you have not made.
Because this is cash on delivery, no money changes hands before the parcel arrives — so there is no refund to wait for if you refuse it at the door.
Privacy
This page is not decoration. We collect personal information about you and you have a right to know what.
What we collect
When you order: your name, mobile number, and full address — house number and street, barangay, city, province, and any note you wrote for the rider.
When you visit: a hashed form of your IP address. It cannot be turned back into your real IP. It is used only to count how many orders came from one connection in a day, as a guard against fake orders.
Why
To deliver your order and to talk to you about it. Nothing else. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to any other business except the courier carrying your parcel.
Third parties
We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to see whether our ads are working. That means some information about your visit reaches Meta and Google. If you would rather it did not, browsers and extensions can block them — it will not affect your ability to order.
Order data is stored with Supabase.

Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you have the right to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, and to have it deleted. Just message us.

Terms
When you order here, you agree to accept and pay for the parcel on arrival — cash on delivery is the only way to pay on this site.
An order is not final until we have sent it. If a product has run out, or an order does not look genuine, we may cancel it and we will tell you.
Prices are in pesos and already include shipping.
